Our most important activity is the teaching of diving from the first level (introduction course) until Scuba instruction courses with a qualified Trainer instructor, who can prepare and train at the same time.

SKIN DIVER |
INTRODUCTORY SCUBA |
|
This is the first contact with the wonderful world of scuba diving; it consists of a theory lesson and a swim in free water under the watchful eye of the instructor. Afterwards you will be awarded an Introductory Scuba Certificate.

The minimum age is twelve years old. |
| BASIC SCUBA DIVER | OPEN WATER DIVER |
|
Basic Scuba Diver certification permits a person to engage in recreational open water diving, under the direct control of a Divemaster/Assistant/Instructor (maximum ratio 1:1), at the maximum depth of 12 metres. Within two years an IDEA instructor can complete training of a student, certifying him as an Open Water Diver. |
The Open Water Diver course is the first certification that qualifies a diver to procure air, equipment, and other services and engage in recreational open water diving without supervision. There are six theory lessons, six dives in confined water and four dives in open water. Upon completion the student will be certified to dive in open water, with an other diver, at the maximum depth of 18 metres. Minimum age for admission in 15 years.

This course admits students with IDEA AOW 2 certification or similar certification given by other organizations with similar standards. This course uses both theoretical and practical training to increase knowledge and understanding of the underwater environment. Students are also taught various techniques to manage and control dives..

The IDEA Assistant Instructor program has room for both the career-minded person and the amateur who wants to assist on weekends. |
After the final examination, the new Instructor may certify all student courses, from Open Water Diver up to Assistant Instructor and apply to teach the different IDEA specialty courses.

This is how a disabled person can practise this sport; disabled in a wheelchair (amongst other handicaps)..

Under water we don't need to hear or walk, making us all the same in an immersion.
We
have acquired equipment i.e. the dolphin, which allow us to impulse our movements
